• Global privacy control (for more information on how to configure your browser to send this signal, please see https://globalprivacycontrol.org/).
• Do Not Track signals
When we receive this privacy control signal, we will process your request to opt-out of further “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information for interactions on our Websites or Applications through that browser and device. Certain jurisdictions have enacted comprehensive data privacy legislation. In addition to the choices above, depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights regarding your Personal Information. This section provides a general overview of the rights that may be available to you under applicable data privacy laws, and how you or your Authorized Agent (as defined below) can exercise those rights.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. However, please note that in many cases, your rights are not absolute, and we may not be required to comply with your request.
Based on your residency, you may have the following rights:
You may have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months (a “Right to Know” Consumer Request). This includes: (i) the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which that Personal Information came from; (iii) our purposes for collecting this Personal Information; (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information; and (v) if we have “sold” or “shared” or disclosed your Personal Information, a list of categories of third parties to whom we “sold” or “shared” your Personal Information or disclosed it for business purposes.
You may be entitled to a copy of the specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you, including any Personal Information that you have provided, we have created, and/or information received from a third party about you (a “Data Portability” Consumer Request). Your information will usually be provided to you digitally via encrypted email or via mail. However, we will not disclose certain sensitive information, such as driver’s license numbers, government-issued identification numbers, or financial account numbers, if doing so would pose a substantial risk to your Personal Information or the security of our systems or networks. You may receive additional information regarding certain disclosures we make to third parties, which we will provide our response to your access request.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and complete. However, if you believe that the Personal Information you have provided or we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we correct any incorrect Personal Information about you to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and as current as possible. In some cases, we may require you to provide reasonable documentation to show that the Personal Information we have about you is incorrect and what the correct Personal Information may be. We may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect or if the Personal Information is subject to another exception under the applicable state privacy law.
In certain circumstances, you may have the right to ask us to delete your Personal Information. For example, where your Personal Information that we collected is no longer necessary for the original purpose or where your Personal Information has become obsolete. However, we will need to balance this against other factors. For example, we may not be able to comply with your request due to certain legal or regulatory obligations.
We may ask for your consent to process your Personal Information in specific cases. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Specifically, you may have the right to opt-out of processing your Personal Information for the purposes of: (i) targeted advertising; (ii) the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information; or (iii) profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning the consumer. We will stop the further processing as soon as possible after the withdrawal of your consent. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before consent was withdrawn.
California residents have the right to request that we limit our use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) to only those purposes specifically enumerated in the CPRA. Currently, we do not use or disclose your SPI for purposes other than those expressly permitted by the CPRA. Should this change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with methods to limit the further use and disclosure of SPI.
Further, where we process your SPI based on your explicit consent, you generally have the right to withdraw that consent at any time using the methods described under “Exercising Your State Privacy Rights.” Please note that withdrawing consent may impact our ability to provide certain Services, and it does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your available privacy rights. Unless permitted by the applicable state privacy law, we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, offer a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that exercising your rights might result in such different treatment.
Sale/Sharing: For instructions on exercising sale and sharing opt-out rights (as applicable), please see Your Choices Regarding our “Sale” or “Sharing” of Your Personal Information.
All Other State Rights: To exercise any of your applicable privacy rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request (a “Consumer Request”) to us by either:
If you fail to make your Consumer Request in accordance with the ways described above, we may either treat your request as if it had been submitted with our methods described above or provide you with information on how to submit the request or remedy any deficiencies with your request.
Only you, or someone that you have authorized to act on your behalf (an “Authorized Agent”), may make a Consumer Request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a Consumer Request on behalf of your minor child.
All Consumer Requests must:
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm which Personal Information relates to you or the individual for whom you are making the request as their Authorized Agent. Making a Consumer Request does not require you to create a password-protected, online account with us.
You may authorize your agent to exercise your rights. We may request that your Authorized Agent submit proof of identity and that they have been authorized to exercise your rights on your behalf. We may deny a request from your Authorized Agent to exercise your rights on your behalf if they fail to submit adequate proof of identity or adequate proof that they have the authority to exercise your rights.
We will confirm our receipt of your Consumer Request within ten (10) business days of its receipt. We strive to process and respond to Consumer Requests within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 additional days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If we cannot comply with your request, we will provide you with an explanation of the reasons we cannot comply with a request.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your Consumer Request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
You may appeal a refusal by us to take action on your request to exercise any of the above rights within a reasonable period of time after we provide you notice of such refusal by contacting us through the contact information listed below.
Within 45 days after we receive your appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to your appeal, including any explanations for the reasons for the decision. If we require more time, and if an extension is permitted under your state law, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If your appeal is denied, you may lodge a complaint with the Attorney General in your state.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has otherwise provided us with Personal Information, please contact us via the contact information below. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent or someone legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor, we take steps to remove that information from our environment.
