Jewelers Mutual is excited to bring back the “Conversations” industry retreat for jewelry industry leaders. Registration is now open for April 10-12, 2026.
Conversations — now in its third edition — is the jewelry industry’s only true retreat. The weekend event draws 100 to 150 of our industry’s most accomplished, inquisitive, and dynamic executives to network, gain knowledge and engage with nature.
Our conference agenda remains future-forward and will once again be curated by our returning future expert, Jeff Weiner. The theme for this year’s sessions is “The Transformative Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Jewelry Industry,” featuring insights from executives outside the jewelry industry.
This event provides a unique chance to network, build professional relationships through outdoor activities, and learn from industry leaders.
We hope you can join us!
"Our industry has many relevant and impactful events that bring us together, but Conversations brings something a bit different. The atmosphere is one of camaraderie and sharing because it focuses on topics and discussions that are a bit unexpected, often things that most of us have not been exposed to before that spark curiosity, enlightenment and the desire to learn more. The speakers bring new perspectives to the table that make you think and discuss throughout the entire program. What was of great value, I was able to bring back many new insights, share them with my executive team and apply them to our business. In addition to learning and stimulating my brain, there was a lot of fun and laughs to be had through other activities and socializing, which offers a wonderful balanced and memorable experience."
– Rebecca Foerster, President & CEO, North America, Hearts on Fire
"Conversations is where you step away from the busyness of the world and connect with brilliant minds, learning, sharing, and discovering new ways to elevate our business and ourselves.”
- Charles Green, Director of Stores, Lux Bond & Green Jewelers
"Jewelers Mutual has done it again! What a perfect blend from various facets in our amazing industry!
Conversations in Park City allowed me to engage in meaningful discussions, gain valuable insights, and connect with thought leaders who share my passion.
The speakers allowed us to be inspired all while encouraging us think outside the box - from Al to being a "sneakerhead". Thank you Mark Smelzer and your team for this opportunity- a job well done."
– Annie Doresca, COO, Jewelers of America
“I’d come to Conversations whenever and wherever it’s held — it’s the first event I circle on my calendar.”
– David Berdugo, former COO, James Allen/Blue Nile
"Grateful beyond words for the incredible experience at the @jewelersmutual "Conversations in Park City" conference…this event was about so much more than just business - it was about expanding horizons and embracing the future of our industry. The opportunity to connect and build meaningful relationships with industry thought-leaders, to spend time with wonderful clients and friends in such an elevated and beautiful environment was truly a gift.
From unforgettable excursions like fly fishing and hiking, to the enlightening fireside chats, an eclipse, the hearty laughs (so rich), and the honor of speaking on stage in front of this elite group - it was a once in a lifetime experience that I'll forever cherish."
- Jen Cullen Williams, Founder, Jen Cullen Williams Communications
"I just returned from The Jewelers Mutual "Conversations in Park City" event where I was able to engage in some enlightening conversations with industry leaders and innovative thinkers. It's always refreshing to gain knowledge from those outside of our space as well as to learn from the experiences of others in our own industry... knowledge is evolutionary, but implementing new ideas can be revolutionary."
- David Hannoush, Owner, Hannoush Jewelers
